In the consulting area, I work in the organisation and management of personnel, processes and projects. The management and organisation or reorganisation of Human Resources are key factors in the achievement of corporate goals. Managerial and organisational changes must be guided and managed effectively and efficiently.

More specifically, I work in:

  • SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis and relative actions to transform weaknesses into strengths and threats into opportunities;

  • definition and redefinition of organisation chart and job descriptions;

  • organisational climate analysis;

  • customer satisfaction surveys;

  • analyses of training needs.

In the area of processes, I map existing processes and analyse their criticalities and gaps before handling their reengineering.

With regard to projects, I oversee the entire life cycle, from launch to closure, supporting and assisting the project manager.
