In recent years, the figure of the manager and that of the leader have come to represent two facets of the same role: the more visionary part and the ability to see things which other people fail to grasp - typical of a leader - must be combined with the constant efficiency, operating capabilities and ability to put ideas into practice typical of a manager. The aim of the course is to provide suitable techniques and tools for the implementation of effective leadership, for the creation and management of teams highly motivated to achieve the company's goals. The course will provide participants with tools for organising their time, while simultaneously improving their staff management and motivation skills. The approach used aims to increase not only assertive leadership and management skills but also engagement, empathy, relationships and emotional intelligence abilities.
