Internal communication

Internal communication is a very sensitive factor, central to any company and organisation. It is the link which binds the entire workforce together and creates a climate of cooperation and active contribution.

The aim of the course is to make internal communication more effective and efficient by providing appropriate methods and tools designed specifically for the organisation concerned. To improve participants’ communication skills, active engagement is implemented to encourage learning through exercises and cases described directly by the attendees themselves. The communication criticalities encountered are analysed to identify appropriate, beneficial solutions.

Not just managers, team builders, executives and foremen but, in the broadest terms, everyone within the company whose responsibilities include effective, efficient communication.
