Negotiation and mediation
Negotiation and knowing how to mediate are important skills, especially for people in management positions. Staff must negotiate with their subordinates, colleagues and superiors, and with external partners (such as suppliers). The aim of the course is to provide suitable techniques and tools for arriving at a solution in which there are neither winners nor losers. Being able to negotiate significantly impacts the company's operations, from sales negotiations to the resolution of internal disputes, very often due to personality clashes and relationship problems. Mediation provides a method for deal with conflict as a natural aspect of the process by which an organised system evolves, which can be applied in every aspect of the life of a community
