Motivation

An employee’s performance can be seen as the sum of his skills and attitudes, multiplied by motivation. This implies that if a worker is highly skilled and has the abilities needed to fulfil a role or duty but their motivation is low for any reason, their entire performance will be disappointing! So in recent years motivation has increasingly become a key focus for businesses. The aim of the course is to provide techniques and tools for getting the most from staff through mechanisms of motivation, bearing in mind that there is not just one type of motivation, since each of us responds differently to the situations in which we find ourselves. The objective is therefore to get the absolute best from every staff member and ensure that performance equals potential.

Target
