For a team leader, manager or executive, obtaining consensus is fundamental and crucial for making and maintaining a united, collaborative team. The aim of the course is to provide suitable techniques and tools for obtaining consensus in an ethical manner which is “productive” for the parties concerned. The ability to engage by obtaining the right degree of attention and consensus through good management of objections can make all the difference in a company context. Persuasion is a fundamental tool, which allows the objective to be achieved more efficiently. It is not always possible for staff to be involved in the decision-making process, but obtaining their consensus is the start of a process necessary for the achievement of results.
